My approach to bodywork is designed to meet the individual where they are - just as they are - in a holistic way knowing each day can feel drastically different from the day before.

Thai Dai provides bodywork services to individuals seeking relief or a sense of easiness from long hours, days, or weeks spent sitting, standing, doing. Through this beautiful and ancient modality of bodywork we can work toward releasing some these entrenched patterns while cultivating an awareness of our relationship with our bodies. It is our hope that clients can leave the mat feeling lighter, more balanced, more fluid, and more hopeful with a renewed appreciation for their bodies.

In the spirit of traditional Thai medicine and the goal of reducing suffering in the world, our Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC) sliding scale fees bring access to this unique modality to the Community, regardless of income. To the underserved members of our Community who would otherwise not seek therapeutic treatment, our Pay-What-You-Can sliding scale offers healing care to empower individuals to pursue their wellness goals in the best ways they see fit.

To become an ally of healing wellness to the Community by way of providing intentional and therapeutic bodywork. At Thai Dai it is our aim to use treatment as a reminder for people to slow down and recognize the healing capacity of their own body through stillness and therapeutic touch.
